They say that slowing down is waking up. Discover a safe and fulfilling way to enhance your flow by exploring in depth each of the interlocking elements that make up the sun salutation. In the process increase your flexibility, gain inner strength, build stamina, and improve your posture.

Hip Opening Earth Flow
As our culture gravitates more and more toward technology and electronic devices, we’re slowly losing our connection to nature and mother earth. Use this practice to reconnect and ground while experiencing the euphoria of full range of motion in your hips! This practice will take you through a systematic, alignment based exploration of hip mobility postures ranging from pigeon pose all the way to lotus pose. If you feel tight, limited, or have knee challenges, that’s the perfect reason to join us. Come with a willing spirit and leave with an open pelvis!

Set Yourself Free: The Psoas and You, Unleashed!
The psoas muscle is a big deal in yoga - it connects your legs to your spine! A portal to deep flexibility, power, and grace in your practice, this is one muscle you’ll want to get to know well in order to sustain a long term practice and gain more freedom in your body as you age. After an enthusiastic anatomical overview of the psoas, Amy will help you align your psoas effectively in a variety of her favorite psoas-opening poses. You will walk away feeling taller, lighter, stronger and feel like anything is possible.
