  • A weekly respite  just for you to recharge and renew in the company of other great beings

  • An opportunity to learn about yourself and your practice

  • The chance to refine your practice and be “seen” by Amy’s watchful eye 

  • Full 90-minute practices, a rarity these days

  • Each class will begin with a relevant, pertinent theme followed directly with active asana practice 

  • The second part of the class will focus on a quiet practice of Restorative yoga, meditation and pranayama
