For teachers & serious yoga students, this weekend is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your yoga practice. It’s part summer retreat and part yoga teacher training!
As yoga teachers who are busy offering classes, marketing yourself, and building a social media platform, you are often the last to get a good yoga practice in, have the time to study, or prepare for your classes. And when you finally do roll out your mat, it can be hard to focus on your own practice because you’re inevitably thinking about how you’re practice might translate into sequences for your students!
Yoga teachers, more than anyone, need to immerse themselves in a supportive environment where they can rekindle their passion for teaching, and become inspired by their practice again.
Mornings are devoted purely to yoga practice and afternoons will focus on helping you build key teaching tools and strategies. Come bask in the company of other yoga teachers, re-inspire your teaching, and let Amy guide you back to your practice and the art form of yoga teaching.
